À DEMI MAUX

Chris and his sister Eva were always very close and inseparable during their childhood, but recently things have changed.

Today, Chris is 21 years old and anxious; unlike his friends, he doesn't know what to do with his life. He's withdrawn into himself, keeping silent about unspoken things that are starting to weigh heavily on him.

Author's words

This project is passionately driven by Sai Ko Mimeur, writer, director, and producer. A self-taught filmmaker, he champions a sincere, direct, and visceral cinema that seeks not to seduce but to move.

For this film, he teamed up with Raphaël Bourgeois, co-writer, to craft a story where emotion is conveyed not only through words, but also through glances, silences, and gestures—those spaces where the unspoken reveals everything.

Together, they lend their voices to the story of a generation grappling with doubt, a sibling relationship on the brink, and a world often deaf to their pleas.

This film is an attempt at reconciliation, between past and present, between two people bound by blood but separated by life. A fragile story that seeks to mend what time has shattered.
