Our services are accessible from France and internationally, with the express exception of Israel, where we do not offer any services.

We are committed to responding to your request within one month of receiving it. This period may be extended to three months for complex requests, in which case we will inform you. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
If you believe that your rights are not being respected, you have the right to file a complaint with the CNIL (National Commission for Information Technology and Freedoms): cnil.fr or at 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
08 - Protection of minors
As part of our photo and video services (weddings, family events, corporate events), we may need to photograph or film minors.
Barghach Pictures undertakes to:
Obtain explicit written consent from the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before capturing, using, or distributing any images of minors.
Never use images of minors for advertising purposes without specific written parental consent.
Delete any image of a minor as soon as possible upon request from the legal guardian.
Ensure the secure storage of these images, separate from other data.
Never sell, transfer, or share images of minors with third parties without explicit consent.
Our website is not intended for individuals under the age of 15. If you are a parent or legal guardian and discover that a minor in your care has provided us with data without your consent, contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) immediately so that we can delete it.
09 - International Data Transfers
Barghach Pictures operates from France and may process data in the context of international services. Some of our subcontractors (including Google, Stripe, and advertising platforms) may process your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
In this case, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
